Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern paid subscriptions to the SaaS Devia, operated by XINOVA VISION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO (“Publisher”), for creating and managing quotes and invoices (including voice and AI assistance).

Purchasing a paid plan implies acceptance of these Terms and the Terms of Use.

Prices displayed on the site at checkout prevail. Indicative EUR pricing (subject to change on the pricing page):

• Essentiel: €19.99 / month, or €199.90 / year
• Pro: €29.99 / month, or €299.90 / year
• Bêta-testeur: €14.99 / month (invite only)
• Custom: quote on request

Annual billing covers 12 months of access for 10 months charged (about 17% saving as displayed). A free trial of 14 jours may be offered under the conditions shown at signup.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted methods are those shown on the Stripe checkout page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval unless cancelled under section 5. Failed payment may lead to suspension after notice by email when possible.

Where you qualify as a consumer under mandatory law of your country of residence, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal (often fourteen (14) days). If you request immediate performance during that period and are clearly informed, the right may be lost or reduced to the extent of service already provided, as required by applicable law.

You may cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing contact@devia-artisans.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no prorated refund unless required by law or a specific offer. The Publisher may terminate for serious breach, fraud or non-payment.

Devia is a software tool. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Document compliance with the rules applying to your activity and jurisdiction remains your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and to amounts actually paid for the relevant subscription in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Indirect damages are excluded. Mandatory rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Contact the Publisher first at contact@devia-artisans.fr. Failing amicable resolution, disputes are submitted to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any exclusive mandatory venue or consumer mediation scheme that must apply.
