Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Devia, operated by XINOVA VISION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO.

Creating an account, signing in or using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy.

Devia is a cloud software service for professionals (in particular trades and construction businesses) to create, edit, export and send quotes and invoices, manage prices and clients, and use assisted features (voice dictation, AI structuring). Features depend on the subscribed plan and may evolve. The product is offered internationally and may be localised (language, formats, tax helpers) without changing the nature of the software tool.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have legal capacity to act for your business. The service is intended for professional use.

Voice recording requires your explicit consent. Audio is processed for transcription and is not retained after processing, unless you are informed otherwise.

AI outputs are assistance only. You must review and approve all content before sending it to a client. The publisher does not warrant accuracy, completeness or regulatory fitness of AI suggestions for your specific situation or jurisdiction.

You must not use the service unlawfully, attack systems or other users, resell access outside an authorised framework, or process third-party data without a valid legal basis. You alone are responsible for the content of quotes and invoices you issue (including mandatory mentions, prices, tax and insurance details under the rules that apply to you).

Devia and its software remain the publisher’s property (or that of its licensors). You retain rights in content you input, subject to third-party rights.

Reasonable availability is sought without guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance and feature changes may occur.

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment under the Terms of Sale. You may stop using the service and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, misuse, unchecked AI suggestions, or temporary unavailability. Additional limits for paid plans appear in the Terms of Sale. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence (in particular for consumers). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any exclusive mandatory venue.
